You can find Oban in the bustling seaside resort that has grown up around Oban distillery in the two centuries since it set up home in a fishing village. The West Highland single malt is still produced in the same unhurried, traditional fashion that was developed when the distillery opened in 1794.

Oban is a smoky, olive gold single malt whisky crafted at the frontier between the West Highlands and the Islands of Scotland. A combination of light smoke, medium richness and appetising spice. Our misty, maritime location with its abundance of heather and peat, is perfectly echoed in the malt whisky produced at our home, one of the oldest licensed distilleries in Scotland.
