St. George's Tour

This is the standard tour, running every hour on the hour from 10am til 4pm. 7 days per week.

A guide will take you onto the distilling floor and explain how whisky is made. You then move onto Warehouse 1 to see the whisky in casks, and to breathe in the amazing aroma caused by the Angels Share escaping before finally finishing with a taste of one or two of our wonderful malt whiskies.

Adult ticket comes with a £5.00 voucher to spend in the shop for any English Whisky over £30.00.

World Whisky Tour

Firstly you will do the St. George's tour with our chief whisky maker, then you are taken on a journey of discovery that lasts 2 hours and takes an in-depth look at the distillery and barrel warehouses.

You will then have an hour of tasting whiskies from around the world including ours.

This whisky tour, one of the best in Britain comes highly recommended and is a great way to get under the skin of St. George's Distillery.

This very sought after tour normally runs on a Saturday or Sunday once a month. These popular tours are pre-book only and the limited places get taken up really quickly, so confirmation of your booking from us is essential.

Evening Tour

There is a minimum charge of £250 for 20 people to enjoy a private tour of the distillery followed by a tasting of our spirit and liqueur and private shopping.

For groups of more than 20, the additional number will be charged from £12.50/person. Included is a free £5.00 voucher to spend in the shop for any English Whisky over £30. Note: the voucher applies only to English Whisky drinks.

Distillery and Carvery Tour

Breckland Lodge and The English Whisky Co. offer you a day to remember. The day includes a full tour around England's first single malt Whisky Distillery, followed by a two course carvery lunch at Breckland Lodge.

Upon your arrival at St George's Distillery, you will be met by one of their friendly and knowledgeable staff members who will offer you tea or coffee prior to the tour starting.

You will be shown around the distillery to learn about the process of making whisky using the beautiful copper stills.

The tour ends with a fun tasting. After the tour, there is plenty of time to browse the distillery shop before heading to Breckland Lodge, a mere 10 minute drive away.

Lunch from Norfolk's finest carvery will be served in the restaurant before choosing from three desserts to end your visit.
