Is well renowned as being a very welcoming and vibrant city, with many people willing to help visitors discover the best of scotch whisky, whisky cocktails and traditional bars.

One of the People that Make Glasgow, is an adopted Glaswegian who has made the city home after gaining an MBA from University of Glasgow after years of experience in the drinks industry.

Camilo Gómez Pinto

A native of Columbia, is a former Brand Ambassador for William Grant & Sons, and founder of Once Upon a Whisky, a walking whisky tour company.

Camilo has travelled across the world researching the art of whisky. Along the way, he has met many amazing people and now wants to connect share his passion and knowledge of whisky through a unique, contemporary experience by providing guided walking tours in the beautiful city of Glasgow - Scotland's cultural powerhouse.

Whisky connects people through a variety of passions and cultures, but aims to put a new spin on the traditional concept of whisky tours in Scotland.

Once Upon a Whisky city tours are based on education, culture, and responsible drinking, but not only will you learn about whisky and the different ways to enjoy it, you will also receive a complete cultural and educational storytelling experience, where music, films, food and of course whisky are the main subjects on the table.

City Centre

Takes you to some of the most cosmopolitan bars and restaurants in Glasgow’s city centre where you will have the opportunity to sample the best whisky and local food available in the city.

West End

Glasgow’s west end is one of the most exciting places in the city, not only for its great offer of cultural attractions and parks, but also because it is the place of some of the most quirky bars within the city with great offer of food and drinks.
