Scotch Whisky

First released in 2014, this is the first bottling of Hazelburn at 10 years of age. Hazelburn is Springbank's triple-distilled, unpeated single malt.

Hazelburn 12 year Old is triple distilled malt from Springbank, first released in August 2009, with a limited release of just 3,900 bottles.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Pungent and aromatic with notes of dried fruits, plenty of sherry integration with notes of citrus, toffee and nuts.
• Palate: Spicy on the palate, nutty and cocoa rich, oak, coffee, gentle peat.
• Finish: Coffee, spices, citrus, chocolate, long finish.

 

A late 2012 release of Highland Park's excellent 25 year old whisky. A mix of ex-sherry and bourbon cask matured whisky to balance honey with rich fruit, as well as a lick of the distilleries trademark Orcadian peatiness.

Highland Park Capella was released in 2002 as a commemorative bottling to mark the 60th Anniversary of Orkney's famous Italian Chapel. The Chapel was built during 1942 and 1945 at Camp 60, a WW2 prisoner of war camp. It features a vatting of exquisite, old and very rare whiskies. Only 5,400 bottles were ever produced in 2002, and exclusively sold at the distillery itself.

Complete with original presentation box, this rarely seen bottle is much sought after by collectors. 

A very special bottle of Arran. This was bottled exclusively for those who invested in the Arran distillery in 2001.

A milestone bottling – the first commercially available 10 year old whisky from Kilchoman. Exclusive, this was distilled on 4 May 2006 and bottled on 28 July 2016 after maturing in a bourbon cask. An elegant, sophisticated Knockando, Master Reserve 21 year old is made with casks lying in the coolest part of the warehouse. These casks take longer to mature and the resulting malt is extremely smooth.

This organic expression of 12 year old whisky from Loch Lomond was a limited release in 2013.
