A late 2012 release of Highland Park's excellent 25 year old whisky. A mix of ex-sherry and bourbon cask matured whisky to balance honey with rich fruit, as well as a lick of the distilleries trademark Orcadian peatiness.

A very special bottle of Arran. This was bottled exclusively for those who invested in the Arran distillery in 2001.

Old Pulteney is the most northerly mainland distillery in Scotland and known for their love of the sea - some of which rolls over into their whisky. The 21 year old is a mix of fino sherry and refill bourbon cask matured whisky and sits at the top of their regular range.

This cask strength Tobermory single malt whisky from 1972 with oloroso sherry finish, was bottled 2005. Number Bottled 897 with original packaging.

Highland Park 12 Year Old remains one of the gold-standard malts for other distillery bottlings to aspire to. With a delicious sweetness (heather-honey is their preferred description), a trace of smoke and a warming, silky mouthfeel, this is a whisky that never lets you down.

A very popular Highland dram, with a big sherry presence alongside sweet citrus fruit notes and a faint whiff of brine. A winner at the World Whisky Awards 2010.

A bottling of single malt whisky from the Isle of Arran distillery bottled to honour Scotland's favourite son, the bard himself, Robert Burns. Bottled at 43% and created to be malty and sweet with a 'spicy twist on the finish'.

Isle of Jura 10yo is an accessible, easy-drinking malt. Medium-bodied with a delicate sweet palate, with a hint of brine developing on the finish. A great introductory malt.

A 2010 vintage Ledaig from indie bottler Signatory as part of The Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled on 21 June, it was aged in a pair of first-fill bourbon barrels for six years, before being bottled on 2 February 2017. Ledaig is the name for the smoky, peaty whisky from Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull.
