Teeling's single malt contains whiskeys aged for up to 23 years, which have been matured in a range of wine casks: sherry, port, Madeira, white Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. A rich and spicy whiskey.

Glenmorangie's Nectar d'Or is finished in Sauternes casks for 12 years. This is sweet and spicy with notes of ginger, nutmeg lemon meringue and honeycomb.

Released in 2014, AnCnoc Cutter is the peatiest whisky from the brand to date. Named after the hand tool used to cut peat from drier, shallower bogs, this is peated to 20.5ppm.

Initially released for travel retail, Heartwood is a combination of whiskies aged in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. Rich, fruity and sweet.

Bunnahabhain Ceòbanach harks to the distillery's early days, when the spirit was heavily peated. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for more than 10 years, this is a rich and complex whisky with a maritime character, and will match well with chocolate, smoked fish or red meat.

This 2004 vintage Caol Ila has been selected by The Whisky Exchange from stocks owned by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail and bottled as part of the Reserve Series. Aged in a first-fill bourbon barrel, this is rich, fruity and smoky.

Amrut Fusion gets its name from the fact that it uses two barleys: Indian and Scottish - with the latter being peated for good measure. Fusion has been picking up awards ever since it first appeared in 2009, and in 2012 was named the best whisky for a Rob Roy in the Ultimate Cocktail Challenge in New York.
