Australian Whisky

Australian Whisky is growing rapidly. In 2012, there were 18 licensed Australian whisky distillers in the whole country. The best known distilleries in Tasmania are Lark, Sullivans Cove, Nant and Overeem.

The largest concentration of whisky distilleries can be found on the island state of Tasmania, where there are nine separate distilleries, with more due to open.
